Turtles, before breakfast
Walk into the water on the east shore. The turtles graze on the seagrass a few metres out — no boat, no tour, no fins needed.

Gili Air · Lombok · Indonesia
Private pool villas on a coral island you can walk around in ninety minutes, looked after by the people who live here. Book direct and the platform’s commission is your discount.
On the island it is — · —
We look after a small number of houses on Gili Air, each with its own pool, its own garden and its own keys. We live five minutes from every door and answer every message ourselves — and when you book with us, the commission a platform would take stays in your pocket.
The villas
Every villa is a home someone built to live in. We look after it while they’re away — and each one is minutes from the beach, and from our team. Keep scrolling: they come one at a time.
Book direct
There is no platform between us, so the commission it would charge becomes your discount. You book with the people who hold the keys, and we hold your dates while the transfer arrives.

A day here
Gili Air is a village on a reef: no cars, no scooters, a path around the shore and the sea on every side. This is roughly how a day goes.
Walk into the water on the east shore. The turtles graze on the seagrass a few metres out — no boat, no tour, no fins needed.
The team drops by while the coffee is on. The day’s plan, if there is one, gets made here.
The loop takes forty minutes with stops. The north is quieter, the south-east has the cafés, and every sandy path ends at the sea.
The island goes quiet in the heat. So do you. This is what the pool, the shade and the daybed are for.
The west shore faces Bali’s volcano. Beanbags, a fresh coconut, and the sun going down behind it — every evening, on schedule.
Fresh fish on the grill, feet in the sand, then the walk home with nothing to hear but the reef.

Who we are
TropikVillas started with a handful of villas and a simple idea: manage them the way we would want our own home looked after. We live on Gili Air, we answer the messages ourselves, and we built our own software so nothing slips through the cracks.
For villa owners
We take on a few villas a year: a private pool, a real garden, and an owner who wants the house cared for rather than squeezed. A live portal shows you every booking and every rupiah.
